You could play all 3 teams in your division every year then 2 out of 4 teams in the others for a total of 10 games in conference.

They should have a 4 team playoff with 2 automatic bids to BCS games the seeding will be based on in conference games then BCS standing. you will see as followed.

*#2(Say Oklahoma) vs #3(Say Boise St.)

Now the Winners play

Now the Losers

The loser of the Conference Championship and the winner of the losers game play

*based on earlier game in season if applicable
